Votive Relief to Meilichios Zeus Provenance: Piraeus Date: 4th century BC Material: Marble Museum: National Archaeological Museum (NAM), Athens Inventory number: NAM 1405 This small marble relief depicts a votive scene centered on Meilichios Zeus, likely the seated figure on the left enthroned. Before him stand two supplicants, a man and a woman, shown in postures of reverence. A dedicatory inscription survives along the upper moulding, identifying the donor.
